Ozone Pulling Oil

If you haven’t heard of “oil pulling”, let me give you the rundown. Basically you hold a healthy oil (fat) in your mouth for 20 minutes, spit it out then brush your teeth. When holding the oil in your mouth you swish it around and it causes salivation. The fats in the oil bind to the lipid soluble toxins in your gums, cheeks, tongue and throat and at the end you spit them out. The oils moisturize the tissues and create a smooth silky feeling on your teeth. Over time a small degree of teeth whitening can occur as stains are broken down on the tooth’s surface.

Most of our Ozone products have ozonized olive oil in them, this one is different. Ozone Pulling Oil is pure Ozonized Organic Coconut Oil with a small amount of peppermint essential oil for flavoring. Ozonized oils do not taste good so a small amount of peppermint oil goes a long way. Ozone Pulling Oil tastes clean and afterwards your breath feels fresh.

Using Ozonized oils for pulling takes this to a whole other level. Ozone is an oxidant, it has antibacterial, anti fungal and antiviral properties. Ozone increases the oxygen level with oral tissues and induces an anti-inflammatory response while stimulating cellular repair. Ozone can breakdown stains on the teeth much faster than oil pulling alone. One of the best things about Ozone Pulling Oil is the feedback we’ve gotten from customers. Cancer patients going through certain types of chemotherapy begin to get oral ulcers. These lesions are extremely painful and theres not much their doctor can do for them besides prescribe Magic Mouthwash which temporarily numbs the pain. Customers have reported that by using Ozone Pulling Oil twice daily, the lesions begin to heal and the pain subsides. From what we’ve been told its the only thing that heals the ulcers and the customers are extremely grateful. Tongue blisters, dry mouth, cold sores, fever blisters dry cracked lips are extremely good reasons to use Ozone Pulling Oil.

Let’s talk about periodontal health for a moment. Receding gums, are extremely common and can not only be painful, it can lead to tooth decay, infections and tooth loss. Regular use of Ozone Pulling Oil can be very helpful in oxygenating the gum tissue, stimulating natural antioxidants to be produced. The anti microbial properties of ozone may help to decrease the amount of bacterial colonies growing under the gum line. However, to get the most benefit from Ozone Pulling Oil here is a suggested oral care routine:

  1. Floss your teeth – this clears large debris from between teeth
  1. Use a water pick – this clears small debris from between teeth and from under the gum line. If you’ve never used a water pick it can be life changing! You’d be surprised how much debris is left in between teeth after brushing & flossing. Water picking also opens up gum pockets around the bottom of the tooth, flushing bacteria and allowing for better ozone absorption.
  1. Ozone Pulling Oil – swish a small mouthful around for 20 minutes. I say small mouth full because you’ll salivate, but the end of the 20 minutes your mouth will be full. Spit out the oil, do not swallow it.
  1. Brush your teeth – using your regular toothpaste (until we release our ozonized toothpaste!) brush well. Your teeth will feel silky smooth, your mouth will feel moisturized.

This is nightly routine can put your oral health on the fast track to a whole new level. Customers generally report better oral health within a month and for those with the painful conditions mentioned above just a few days to weeks after they begin using Ozone Pulling Oil they have a significant improvement in their quality of life. Tips for Adding Ozone Jojoba Oil to Your Nighttime Routine

Building a good nighttime skincare routine is one of the best things you can do for your skin. Your body does a lot of its recovery work while you sleep, and your skin is no different. Nighttime is when your skin repairs damage, balances oil production, and fights off environmental stress from the day. Giving your skin the right ingredients to support this natural process makes a big difference in how it looks and feels each morning.

Ozone jojoba oil is a unique product that fits right into this kind of routine. It’s packed with skin-loving components that support healing and hydration. Jojoba oil on its own already mimics the skin’s natural oils, which helps with moisture balance and absorption. When infused with ozone, it adds another layer of support by boosting circulation and improving skin recovery. If you’re looking for a gentle and natural way to upgrade your routine, this is a great place to start.

The Benefits of Ozone Jojoba Oil

Adding ozone jojoba oil to your skincare routine can offer multiple benefits, especially when used before bed. When your skin isn’t dealing with the sun, makeup, or outdoor pollution, it can fully absorb the oil and put it to work. Here’s what this oil can help you with:

  • Hydration and Moisture Retention: Jojoba oil closely resembles your skin’s natural sebum, making it easier to absorb without clogging pores. The ozone infusion helps lock in moisture and keeps your skin feeling soft through the night.
  • Skin Healing Properties: Ozone conditions the oil to deliver more oxygen to the skin. That extra oxygen supports cell turnover and encourages faster healing of damaged or stressed areas.
  • Anti-Aging Benefits: The antioxidants found in ozone jojoba oil defend against early signs of aging, such as fine lines and uneven texture. It nourishes skin deeply, helping it look smoother and more refreshed in the morning.
  • Reduced Inflammation and Redness: If you struggle with skin that’s easily irritated, ozone jojoba oil can help calm things down. It works gently without stripping or drying the skin, and many people use it to ease the look of red or flaky patches.

Everyone’s skin is different, but these benefits make ozone jojoba oil a valuable addition to nighttime routines, especially for dry, sensitive, or aging skin types. One customer with combination skin saw smoother, more balanced skin within a couple of weeks just by swapping out their usual face cream with a few drops of this oil at night. It’s simple, natural, and works well without a long list of ingredients.

How to Integrate Ozone Jojoba Oil into Your Routine

Ozone jojoba oil is easy to fit into almost any skincare routine, especially the one you already use at night. It doesn’t need fancy steps or special tools. Just a few small changes can open the door to better skin results.

Start with clean skin. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry with a soft towel. Your skin should be slightly damp, which helps lock in moisture. Then, take a few drops of the oil and warm it between your fingertips. Gently press it into your skin rather than rubbing it in. That helps it absorb without any extra tugging.

If you’re already using other skincare products before bed, ozone jojoba oil can be added as one of the final steps. Think of it as a way to seal everything in.

Here’s one simple nighttime order you can follow:

  1. Cleanser
  2. Toner or hydrating mist (if you use one)
  3. Serum or treatment
  4. Moisturizer (optional, depending on your skin type)
  5. Ozone jojoba oil

If your skin is oily, you can skip the moisturizer and just go straight to the oil. For dry skin types, the oil helps enhance whatever moisture you’ve added before it. Either way, it blends in nicely without feeling greasy or heavy.

The best results often come from being consistent. You don’t need to drown your skin in it. Just a few drops are enough. Think of it as the finishing touch that makes your routine more effective.

Tips and Tricks for Optimal Use

To get the most out of ozone jojoba oil, you’ll want to use it the right way. Small tweaks in how you apply and how often you use it can make a big difference in how your skin reacts.

Here are some practical tips:

  • Use no more than 3 to 5 drops per use. A little goes a long way. If your skin feels greasy after applying, you’re likely using more than needed.
  • Apply with clean hands. This keeps the oil fresh and avoids introducing bacteria onto your face.
  • Tap it into your skin with light pressure. Avoid dragging or rubbing it, especially around your eyes.
  • If you’re layering multiple products, apply the oil last. This helps trap all the good stuff underneath.
  • Don’t skip it on warmer nights. Even if your skin feels less dry, the oil helps with balance and can prevent overnight oiliness.

You might want to start with just a couple nights per week if your skin tends to be reactive. Over time, you can work up to using it every night. Some people notice smoother skin and improved texture after just one week. Others may need a little longer. Don’t rush it. With skincare, slow and steady often leads to better results.

Give Your Skin the Support It Deserves

The real key to getting the most out of ozone jojoba oil is using it consistently. One night isn’t going to do all the work, but when you bring it into your routine night after night, your skin begins to change. Dry patches become softer. Uneven spots begin to look more even. That dull feeling in the morning? It starts fading away.

Part of seeing long-term progress is being realistic. Everyone’s skin timeline looks different. Some may see improvement in texture and tone fairly soon, while others may notice subtle shifts over a longer stretch. Don’t stress if changes aren’t instant. Instead, pay attention to the small wins like waking up with skin that feels calm and hydrated instead of tight or patchy.

Once ozone jojoba oil becomes part of your rhythm, it starts feeling like second nature. Think of it like brushing your teeth. You don’t think about it. You just do it because it works. That steady, quiet care can do more for your skin than the trendiest product that comes and goes. Ozone jojoba oil offers the kind of support that meets your skin where it’s at and helps it through the night.

Unlock the radiance your skin deserves by incorporating ozone jojoba oil into your nightly routine. This powerful yet gentle addition nourishes while supporting your skin’s natural repair processes, revealing a smoother, more hydrated complexion with each use. Dive into the world of organic ozone skincare at Ozone Charged and find products designed to harmonize with your skin’s night rhythm, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized every day.

Ozone Muscle Rub

So you have sore muscles, knee pain, back pain, hip pain, wrist pain and you want a natural approach to relieving the discomfort? Let’s talk about this for a minute. There are pills you can take ranging from over the counter pain killers (Aleve/Ibuprofen) to heavier prescription meds. You can do yoga to stretch, get massages to relax the tissues, wear compression or supportive braces. You can do infrared saunas or cold plunge treatments. There are creams you can apply topically right where you need them.

That’s where Ozone Muscle Rub comes in. You can apply it directly to the areas of discomfort. It quickly absorbs and provides increased oxygen and magnesium to the area. Ozonized magnesium dilates blood vessels increasing blood flow and nutrient delivery. Ozonized magnesium also lubricates muscles, ligaments and tendons allowing them to smoothly move with less friction.

Magnesium by itself is awesome, bind it to Ozone and it becomes AMAZING! Its highly underrated when it comes to topical application. Magnesium is anti-inflammatory naturally, its incredibly fast in reducing discomfort from sore stiff areas. Its relief last for several hours and sometimes longer but its totally safe to apply several times a day if needed. Magnesium helps to relax the muscles, its very calming to the nervous system. As we age we tend to get calcium buildup on ligaments and tendons which cause them to become brittle. Since ligaments and tendons don’t have their own direct blood supply like the muscle do they don’t repair the same way nor as fast. Topical application of Ozone Muscle Rub increases magnesium and oxygen delivery directly to these tissues.

We ozonize magnesium chloride oil and powder for 14 days at the highest potency of ozone gas we can create. This long term ozonation makes sure that every bit of ozone gas is saturated into the magnesium. We still add ozonized olive oil to Ozone Muscle Rub but its really the ozonized magnesium that makes this product great. What’s really nice about Ozone Muscle Rub is that it drys like a lotion, its not greasy. It doesn’t have any menthol so it doesn’t cause the intense cold feeling that some creams do and it smells much better than they do. Its free of parabens, sulfates and artificial chemical colors or fragrances.

One way have been using Ozone Muscle Rub is as a pre-workout prep on the painful areas before their warmup stretching. Some people keep a bottle right next to their bed and apply it as soon as they wake up to help decrease the morning stiffness they feel when they get out of bed. Then use it again after you workout so you help to decrease the inflammatory response that comes from the workout itself.

Injuries (past/present) – the most important thing to remember when you have an injury is to control inflammation. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation (RICE) is the number one prescribed routine for an injured area. We suggest adding Ozone Muscle Rub to that RICE routine. Old injuries become chronic because they haven’t healed correctly or else you wouldn’t have pain. New injuries need to heal so they don’t become chronic. New or old it doesn’t matter, the injured area needs more oxygen to stimulate collagen, cellular repair, Stem Cells and improved circulation. Stem cells and platelets (progenitor cells) need oxygen to thrive, you now have a way of giving them more directly where you need it.

I have ran marathons as well as ultra marathons, done competitive kickboxing as well as my fair share of dangerous motor sports. I still run everyday, I do spin classes, high intensity interval training, Hot Yoga, although I don’t train as hard as I did 10 years ago, but I still try to get two workouts in a day. I’m in my mid 40’s, I’ve had 4 severely herniated discs in my neck (no surgery), ruptured bicep tendon (surgery), I have bone on bone in L3-4 with stenosis in my

lower spine (no surgery) and I’m still going strong. Ozone Muscle Rub is a lifesaver for me on a daily basis! I use it on my legs and feet before I run, I put it on my neck, low back and arms after I shower (best absorption is after a shower). I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY, I’m being totally honest with you when I say I can FEEL relief almost immediately when I apply it. I don’t take oral pain relievers (Ibuprofen) I use Ozone Muscle Rub religiously. I know at some point I’m probably going to need surgery on my neck and/or back because I plan on working out for the rest of my life and lets face it the human body does wear out at some point. Until then I have great quality of life, I’m a strong capable man with a toddler. I plan on not only keeping up with him now but in the decades to come and I couldn’t do it without Ozone Muscle Rub.

Ozone Injections

Ozone has so many uses that its crazy. Its not always the most popular option but it works. For example, ozone gas can be injected under wrinkles in the face for anti-aging but its not as popular as synthetic fillers. Ozone works naturally so its slower but its much safer in my opinion. Ozone can be injected into cellulite to help tighten the skin and reduce dimpling however its not the go to treatment over Liposuction or Cellulite Band Cutting. Ozone can be injected into and around scar tissue to help break it down but its not as popular as laser treatments.

The point is ozone CAN do these things, naturally. What it also can do is be injected into joints and muscles. These injections are done using the gas itself or by combining the gas with other nutrients like B-12, B Complex, Dextrose, or homeopathic’s in a treatment called Prolozone.

ProloTherapy is the use of the nutrients or homeopathics without ozone. A lot of doctors use prolotherapy now but very few know how to incorporate ozone into the mix. Its a lot more effective when they do and treatment success is much better. I learned a lot over my career and one of the things I learned is that ozone makes just about every treatment work better. Ozone opens up the receptor cites on cells so they take in nutrients better, it regulates inflammatory responses and since it has an energetic component seeing as how it releases a negatively charged oxygen molecule when it debonds. Ozone is thought to open energy meridians similar to acupuncture and since were on the subject I should mention that ozone gas can be injected into acupuncture points, this is called chemical acupuncture. Ozone gas doesn’t need to be injected into a specific acupuncture point to help with energy pathways but it does make traditional acupuncture more efficacious.

When a person has lets say knee pain thats not directly in the joint but in the area around the knee they could get a prolozone injection done thats larger in volume than if the injection is goin into the knee joint itself. The most we ever were able to get into a knee joint directly was 12ml but if the injection is outside the join we could use up to 35ml of fluid. I have seen people have chronic knee pain and after two prolozone injections they were pain free for a year. Thats incredible considering the quality of life improvement from a simple injection that cost them $300.

Some ozone injections are done in an indirect way but bubbling ozone into sterile saline and then injecting the saline. I prefer this method when doing prolozone injections. I have done several of these injections to myself over the years and I believe them to be very effective. Especially because the saline disperses into the surrounding tissues hydrating them and to some degree it can flush them as well.

Ozone gas or infused sterile saline is injected into oral tissues to help combat dental infections and after tooth extractions to induce a faster recovery. I’ve seen both types done and what I will say is that the gas does disperse better in oral tissues than saline. Ozone gas can penetrate into bone better than saline and thats very important when dealing with lower jaw cavitation’s. The lower jaw bone is pretty solid, whereas the upper portion is more permeable.

Its important to have a trained dentist or medical practitioner (MD, DO or NP) do any ozone injection because injected ozone gas can be absorbed into a local artery causing an embolism. Remember that when ozone is safely injected into blood directly, that blood is always removed from the body first. There are doctors who have injected ozone gas directly into a peripheral veins on their patients and they have done several hundred successful injections but its not a “safe” treatment.

Can Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion Help with Dark Spots?

Dealing with dark spots can feel frustrating. These little patches often show up without warning and tend to stick around longer than anyone would like. They can be caused by all kinds of things, like time spent in the sun, changes in hormones, or even past breakouts.

Over time, they can leave skin looking dull and uneven, making people feel like their complexion isn’t as clear or bright as it could be. That’s why skincare products that target discoloration have gained so much attention, especially among people who want a more natural yet effective approach to clearer skin.

One option that’s starting to stand out is Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion. This product is designed to help support skin health while gently working to fade the appearance of dark spots. Skincare trends may change often, but more people are starting to look closely at ingredients that work with the skin rather than fight against it.

The idea is simple: help the skin heal itself, especially while you’re resting overnight. And for those dealing with discoloration, finding the right product to support that process can make all the difference.

Understanding Dark Spots

Dark spots are flat, brown or grayish marks that show up on the skin, commonly on the face, chest, shoulders, or arms. While they aren’t harmful, they often become a cosmetic concern. These spots form when skin produces too much melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. That process is usually triggered by things like too much time in the sun, aging, skin injuries, or hormonal shifts.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what might lead to dark spots:

  • Sun exposure: Over time, ultraviolet rays can cause overstimulation of melanin, resulting in those small, uneven patches.
  • Hormonal changes: Events like pregnancy or birth control adjustments can change hormone levels, prompting an uneven distribution of pigment.
  • Post-inflammatory pigmentation: Skin often reacts to inflammation, like from acne, by leaving behind fragments of pigment even after the initial issue is gone.
  • Aging: As skin gets older, its cycle of renewal slows down. This can leave behind cells with built-up pigment on the surface.

These patches don’t just affect appearance. They can slow down the feeling of progress in a skincare routine. Even when your skin feels fine, those spots can give off a tired or unbalanced look.

The tricky part is figuring out how to approach them without making the skin feel dry, tight, or irritated. Many people have tried harsh treatments or added too many new products too fast, which can lead to redness or flare-ups. What people need is something gentle but with ingredients that actually push the skin in the right direction. Products that support the skin’s natural rhythm can be far more forgiving, especially when used consistently.

How Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion Works

Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion works by combining natural oils with ozone, which is a form of activated oxygen. This might sound simple, but it’s a powerful pairing. Oxygen is known for supporting the skin’s renewal process, and when infused into a base that’s built to moisturize, it helps the skin get what it needs to repair uneven tone and texture.

Here’s how it all works together:

  • Ozone infusion supports better circulation and leads to refreshed skin function beneath the surface.
  • Hydrating oils like jojoba or olive mimic the skin’s natural oils and help balance moisture levels.
  • Gentle antioxidants help defend against further surface-level stress that can worsen discoloration.

Instead of scrubbing away spots or covering them up, Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion encourages the skin to do what it’s made to do: shed dead skin cells and make way for new ones. Unlike more aggressive products that might bleach or chemically strip the skin, this lotion focuses on balance and support. It works best when applied daily, especially at night, giving the skin time to rest and soak in the benefits.

Just one example: someone with dry, irritated skin from overusing acids might find that within a couple of weeks, their face feels smoother and looks more even, just from switching to something that supports recovery rather than forcing it. That shift, both in results and in how your skin feels, can be enough to stick with a simpler, more restorative routine.

With consistent use, users often notice not just fading spots but an overall glow that feels more natural. It’s part of why people are turning toward ozone-based skincare in the first place. The results come gently rather than suddenly, and that works better for long-term comfort and clarity.

Steps to Incorporate Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion into Your Routine

When it comes to dark spot care, consistency matters more than pressure. You don’t need to overhaul your entire skincare routine to see results. Adding Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion is simple, and when used the right way, it can make a real difference.

Here’s how to fit it in without overthinking it:

1. Cleanse gently – Start with a gentle, non-stripping cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and sunscreen. Clean skin helps the lotion absorb more effectively.

2. Dry naturally – Use a soft towel and pat your face dry. Don’t rub. Extra friction can bother spots that are already sensitive.

3. Apply the lotion – Take a small amount of Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion and apply it evenly across the face or wherever you’ve noticed dark spots. Massage it in with clean fingers, using upward strokes to avoid tugging the skin.

4. Stick to nighttime use – While you can use it both morning and night, nighttime is best. That’s when skin does most of its repair work, and the ingredients can soak in without interference from sun exposure or outdoor elements.

5. Pair it wisely – You don’t need a complicated routine. Pair the lotion with moisturizing sunscreen in the morning and a gentle exfoliator a couple of times a week. Keep it basic for better results.

Make it a habit. Keep the lotion somewhere you’ll remember, like beside your toothbrush or on your nightstand. Many people give up too early, but skin changes take patience. Add this step to your routine, and stick with it for at least a few weeks to get a fair sense of its impact.

Real Results: What to Expect

Everyone’s skin moves at a different pace, especially when it comes to clearing up spots. Some may notice their skin looking brighter after a week or two. For deeper spots, it may take longer. But most begin to see the tone even out gradually with regular use. Softer texture, improved hydration, and that healthy look people often talk about tend to come first. Spot lightening follows.

Besides helping with dark patches, Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion gives the skin an all-around healthier appearance. People often see added smoothness and less redness too. The lotion supports skin with each use instead of trying to force fast change.

To maintain and protect results:

  • Apply sunscreen daily to protect skin from sun-triggered discoloration.
  • Hydrate from inside and out. Drinking water and using a good moisturizer both help boost softness.
  • Don’t skip days. Dark spots can creep back if skin stops getting the help it needs.

A real-life example: someone who had patchy discoloration on their cheeks from past sun exposure started using the lotion nightly. After one month, they noticed their skin tone felt more even and less inflamed without having to use heavy foundations during the day. That kind of shift, feeling confident to go minimal, makes the extra step at night worth it.

Achieve a Radiant Complexion with Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion

Skincare doesn’t need to be complicated to work. Instead of chasing quick fixes or layering too many steps, a gentle approach can bring clearer, lasting results over time. Ozone Glo Radiance Lotion isn’t about flashy promises. It works with your skin’s natural rhythm, helping it function better without added stress or irritation.

If dark spots have lingered longer than you’d like, there’s still a way forward. With the right product, a few good habits, and a little patience, your skin can reset. And when it does, it won’t just look brighter. It will feel healthier, too. Glowing skin isn’t about perfection—it’s about taking care of it in a way that feels right for you.

Ozone Hair Growth Oil

24 Years of Experience with Hair Loss Solutions

I co-owned an Integrative Medical Clinic for 24 years and I can’t count the number of times we were asked for something natural to help with hair loss. Aging, stress, malnourishment, hormones all play a part in hair growth or loss. Hair follicles normally have dormant cycle where they rest and then after a few months they reactivate. You have thousands of follicles on your scalp so they don’t all take a break at the same time, however if they don’t wake up you’ll see thinner over time. Let’s discuss what you can do to have better follicle reactivation and better quality hair growth.

Start with Nutritional Support

First, if you’re not on a GOOD multi vitamin/mineral supplement, get one. Slow hair growth and thin hair is often from a lack of nutrients. If you have any kind of intestinal (gut) inflammation issues, your not getting as many nutrients into your body as you should and you’ll need to supplement that. Stress depletes nutrition very quickly as your body uses up its resources to keep you going. The more athletic you are the more nutrition your body needs as well. We dealt with patients who had autoimmune conditions, cancer and serious illness in our clinic that had major hair loss problems but were not going to get that in depth today. If you’re going through a serious medical problem, I feel for you and I hope you recover quickly. Keep reading though because Ozone Hair Oil can still help!

The Role of Hormones in Hair Loss

Hormones, are a little tougher because the thyroid and DHT (dihydrotestosterone) play very important roles in hair growth and follicle activity. A thyroid imbalance disrupts the normal hair growth cycle. Under active thyroid (hypothyroidism) slows metabolism and causes the hair follicles to enter their resting phase prematurely. Over active thyroid (hyperthyroidism) speeds up the metabolism and again, disrupts the hair growth cycle. DHT causes hair follicles to go dormant and the more DHT you have the more follicles are effected. When testosterone levels go up so does DHT. With hormone replacement therapy (HRT) becoming so widely used and were seeing that hair loss is rising with it. DHT blockers like Finasteride & Minoxidil are extremely popular but they do have some pretty interesting side effects.

So What Can You Do Naturally?

Ozone Hair Growth Oil is a combination of natural oils that work together to help create a better environment for hair growth. Let’s review the ingredients and how they work.

Argan Oil

Argan Oil is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, perfect for a heathy scalp. Its full of fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin E. It penetrates the scalp to nourish the follicles. Makes hair shiny and more manageable while moisturizing each strand.

Castor Oil

Castor Oil is quite often used to moisturize dry hair but its one of the only oils that has ricinoleic acid which is a very important fatty acid for hair. It helps to soothe scalp irritation, it hydrates the hair making it more resistant to breakage and it softens the hair. Ricinoleic acid also has one more really neat benefit, its thought to block prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) another hormone linked to hair loss. It may also helpful in protecting the follicle and hair shaft from fungal and microbial infections.

Aloe Vera Oil

Aloe Vera oil is in our Ozone Face Moisturizer for its anti-inflammatory properties which also applies here for scalp health. Aloe Vera oil contains enzymes and vitamins which promote healthier follicles too. An important point for the incorporation of Aloe in this product is that the enzymes breakdown excess oils on the hair so when you wash your hair its cleaner than it would be otherwise. Aloe Vera oil is also known to strengthen the hair to prevent breakage during brushing or styling.

Ozonized Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ozonized extra virgin olive oil is a MUST for healthy hair. It provides smoother, softer hair and can help with split ends from styling. Besides being rich in vitamins E and K it also improves blood flow to the scalp increasing nutrient delivery. Olive oil may have DHT blocking capability as well. Besides all the good things about olive oil for the hair is its an effective delivery mechanism for ozone! Ozone has been shown to close the hair shaft so that it retains more moisture naturally. So adding oil to moisturize is one thing but having the hair shaft itself retain the moisture is even better. By closing the hair shaft, the hair strand is less prone to breakage. There are clinics around the world that offer ozone scalp injections (ouch) because it increases vascularization in the scalp increasing blood delivery and oxygenation. I don’t know about you but I’ll try just about anything before having a needle stuck into my scalp a over and over.

Rosemary Oil

Rosemary Oil has been shown in some studies to be as effective as minoxidil (Rogaine) in hair growth improvement. That’s right, a natural essential oil can be just as effective as a chemical without the side effects and it works in the very same way. Its anti-androgenic, it acts as a DHT blocker, which is awesome. You have to use it everyday for at least 4-6 months for it to work but who cares, as long as it works, its natural and its safe!

Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil not only adds a fresh scent to our Ozone Hair Growth Oil but it also improves blood flow to the scalp. When I apply Ozone Hair Growth Oil it takes a couple minutes before I start to feel the mild tingle of the peppermint. Its very subtle but it feels really good. I thought I may not like it over the winter but I didn’t have any problem with it at all. The cool tingle is short lived so by the time I was out the door it had already dissipated. The way I apply the oil is when my hair is damp after I get out of the shower. I rub it in to my hair then quickly massage my scalp for a few minutes, comb my hair and I’m done. I don’t use any gel or hairspray, my hair stays styled, looks clean and professional. I have had ladies tell me that they only use Ozone Hair Growth Oil at night before bed because they don’t like to use it during the day, no problem. As long as you leave it on your scalp for at least an hour your going to get some benefit, although the longer its on the better.

Final Thoughts on Hair Health

I can’t say this enough in all my blog posts, increase blood flow, increase oxygen and you’ll have healthier skin, hair, immune function, energy levels and other anti-aging effects.

What Makes Ozone Gel Different from Regular Skin Gels?

Skin gels are everywhere. From drugstore shelves to natural markets, you’ll see dozens of options promising hydration, soothing effects, or a clearer complexion. Most people have used one type or another, often as part of their daily routine without giving much thought to what’s actually inside. But there’s a growing interest in newer formulations that use ingredients closer to nature, like ozone gel for skin. It’s not just another trendy product, it’s got a purpose that sets it apart.

Ozone gel is starting to get attention for the way it works with the body, not just on the surface. Instead of covering up problems or delivering a temporary fix, ozone-infused skincare builds from a different set of goals: supporting skin repair, reducing discomfort, and promoting healthier skin conditions over time. This piece explores what ozone gel is, how it differs from traditional gels, and what makes it a better option for some routines.

What Is Ozone Gel?

Ozone gel starts with oxygen. More precisely, it comes from a form of oxygen made up of three atoms instead of the usual two. This is ozone. While ozone is often connected to atmospheric science, it also takes on a whole new role when used topically in skin care. When ozone is infused into plant-based oils like olive or sunflower oil in a controlled setting, it creates a stable, thickened gel.

The formulation of ozone gel blends the base oil’s natural moisturizing traits with the active properties of ozone. The final product holds its shape well, stays in place on the skin, and has a slow absorption rate that gives your skin extra time to benefit from each application.

Key things people notice about ozone gel include:

  • A clean, refreshed skin feel that’s often credited to ozone’s purifying properties
  • Less irritation or dryness in stubborn spots
  • A good match for sensitive users thanks to its natural, fragrance-free profile
  • Hydration that doesn’t lead to greasiness or blocked pores

If you’ve tried regular gels and found they either wore off too fast or left your skin feeling tight, ozone gel might be worth the swap. Its formula works across most skin types, including dry, oily, or mixed skin that shifts from zone to zone.

How Regular Skin Gels Work

Most skin gels on the market follow a pretty predictable formula. They’re water-based and light, with a texture that spreads quickly and feels cool going on. The core ingredients often include glycerin, aloe vera, silicones, synthetic thickeners, preservatives, and added fragrance or colorants.

These ingredients help trap moisture in the upper skin layers, giving a short burst of softness and comfort. They absorb fast, which is great for people on the go or those who don’t want a sticky finish. Regular skin gels are usually the first pick for:

  • Quick surface-level moisture during hot or dry weather
  • Cooling relief after sun exposure or shaving
  • Oily or acne-prone skin that reacts to thick creams
  • On-the-go skincare that layers well under sunscreen and makeup

While they serve a purpose, regular gels are often seen as stopgaps. They feel good right away but don’t tend to offer much in terms of long-lasting improvement. If your skin still feels rough or sensitive after several uses, it might mean the gel isn’t doing more than masking the issue.

Comparing Ozone Gel to Regular Skin Gels

Head-to-head, ozone gel and traditional skin gels differ in more than just texture. Their ingredients, effects, and intended uses set them on separate tracks. Regular gels primarily use water as their base, along with cheap thickeners and artificial ingredients to hold consistency and prolong shelf life. They’re aimed at fast fixes and temporary comfort.

Ozone gels are made using natural oils infused with ozone, a tightly controlled process that locks in active properties without synthetic additives. As a result, the final product feels richer, has a more meaningful interaction with the skin, and supports long-term care goals instead of just surface touch-ups.

Here’s a breakdown of how they compare:

Ingredients

  • Ozone Gel: Ozone-infused olive or sunflower oils
  • Regular Gel: Water-based blend, glycerin, thickeners, added scent or color

Texture

  • Ozone Gel: Creamy and dense, slow absorbency
  • Regular Gel: Thin, spreads fast, dries quickly

Skin Compatibility

  • Ozone Gel: Works across dry, oily, or sensitive skin types
  • Regular Gel: Best for oily or combo skin, but may irritate sensitive skin

Long-Term Impact

  • Ozone Gel: Helps improve skin quality over time with regular use
  • Regular Gel: Offers temporary support but wears off fairly quickly

If you’re after that immediate splash of coolness or something lightweight for hot summer days, regular gels do the trick. But if your goal is calmer, steadier skin that behaves better with time, ozone gel delivers more lasting help.

User Experiences: Ozone Gel vs. Regular Skin Gels

People who’ve given both products an honest try tend to have clear preferences, depending on what they’re trying to fix. Ozone gel users usually report skin that feels more comfortable by the end of the day. Their comments often highlight less irritation, fewer dry flakes, and a more balanced tone that holds strong even during stressful skin days.

On the other hand, users of regular gels praise the short-term perks. They appreciate how it cools their skin fast, works well under makeup, or comes in handy after physical activity or sun exposure. But frustrations pop up when the product either disappears too quickly or ends up clashing with other skin products.

When deciding which is best, it helps to look at your current challenges:

  • Ozone gel is a solid pick if your skin keeps reacting, flaking, or feeling itchy despite regular lotion use
  • Regular gels work well for short bursts of relief, like gym sessions or hot days
  • Sensitive skin types tend to lean toward ozone gel since it avoids scents and chemicals
  • Quick sunburn soothers or post-shave coolers usually fall into the water-based gel category

Again, it’s less about picking a winner and more about knowing when each one fits. You might rotate between them depending on your needs or use ozone gel nightly and keep a regular gel on hand for on-the-go refreshment.

Starting Your Skincare Journey with Ozone Gels

Trying something new in skincare doesn’t mean tossing out everything else. If you plan to give ozone gel a go, ease it into your routine slowly. Most people start with evening use, since there’s no interference from makeup or SPF. That way, your skin can absorb the gel on its own without competition.

Here’s a simple way to test it out:

  1. Wash using a gentle cleanser that doesn’t contain strong acids or exfoliants
  2. Dab a small amount of ozone gel where you most need the help
  3. Let it sit and absorb before adding anything else
  4. Do this once a day for the first week
  5. Track any differences in softness, hydration, or comfort levels

People often start noticing a smoother texture and fewer dry spots within the first few weeks. Some even trade in their nightly moisturizer for ozone gel once they see how well it performs. It doesn’t have to replace every step, but for many, it becomes a simple improvement that sticks.

If your current gels aren’t giving you the results you hoped for, ozone gel might work better for what your skin really needs. Add it gradually, see how your skin reacts, and let the results speak for themselves. Your skin may just respond better to support that works with it rather than over it.

Ozone Face Moisturizer with Beef Tallow

Why Are People Putting Beef Tallow on Their Face?

Recently, you may have heard of people using Beef Tallow (rendered beef fat) on their skin, in soaps and balms. I know what you may be thinking…Why on earth would anyone put cow fat on their face? Well, there’s a good reason…many reasons to be honest, why Beef Tallow is one of the BEST skin moisturizers you could use.

The Nutritional Benefits of Tallow

Tallow contains Vitamins A, D, E & K, all are vital to skin health. It also contains a ton of trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium which are powerful antioxidants vital to protect and repair the skin. Tallow oil is bio identical to the sebum (oil) the skin produces and will not clog pores.

Tallow Cholesterols and Skin Hydration

Tallow cholesterols not only absorb into the skin but they form a protective moisture barrier to prevent moisture loss throughout the day. When they absorb they make the skin cells appear more plump making fine lines less visible and bringing with it a youthful glow.

What Is Ozone and Why Is It Used?

Let’s talk about Ozone (oxygen) and what that’s all about. Ozone is a very powerful and reactive form of oxygen. In our post-Covid world, ozone therapy has become less taboo and somewhat commonplace at Integrative Medical Centers. However, ozone therapy has been around since World War 2, mostly used in European countries.

Stabilizing Ozone Through Fats

The reactivity of Ozone is the challenge because the molecules are not stable, they will breakdown fairly quickly. The only natural way to stabilize ozone is by binding it to some type of fat. This process takes quite a while by basically bubbling the ozone gas through the oil continuously at low temperatures for days or weeks until the oil solidifies. Unsaturated fatty acids bind to oxygen molecules during oxidation which normally leads to an unwanted smell and taste of rancidity.

Why We Use Olive Oil in Our Formula

We ozonize several different oils but the one we chose for this formula is extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil is widely known for skin benefits but its also one of the most common ozonized oils due to its high levels of unsaturated fatty acids. Pure ozonized oils have a very strong smell of ozone and rancidity which is why we use pure essential oils to create a very pleasant fragrance. No one wants to have the smell of rancid oil on their face so close to their nose, even if it is healthy, its just gross.

How Ozone Benefits Skin Cells

Every cell in the body needs oxygen and to some degree, the more oxygen its has, the better the cell functions. Ozone being stronger than regular oxygen promotes a profound cellular response and depending on the type of cell, that response will vary. Skin cells produce more of their natural antioxidants (catalase, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase) when they’re exposed to ozone. This increase in antioxidant production protects the skin from toxins, UV rays and SLOWS DOWN AGING!

Ozone Increases Moisture and Skin Defense

Ozone has been shown to increase the moisture content of the skin all by itself because it draws water from inside the body to the epidermis. Ozone has also been shown to increase the defensive barrier the skin creates by increasing collagen and elastin utilization as well as beta carotene. This may result in thicker, healthier and youthful skin that is more resistant to tearing, bruising and cracking from dryness.

Aloe Vera Oil for Redness and Inflammation

Another very important ingredient in the Ozone Face Moisturizer is Aloe Vera Oil. Aloe Vera is famous for healing skin burns and abrasions because of its natural anti-inflammatory properties. We included it in this formulation as a complement to the ozone and the beef tallow. Red, inflamed skin is quite common with acne, eczema as well as other skin disorders that can have a huge impact on a persons skin. When the skin on a person face isn’t healthy it can cause them to be self conscious, perhaps even decreasing their self esteem.

Argan Oil: Smooth Texture and Anti-Aging

Argan Oil is the fourth and final main ingredient in this formulation. Argan oil is known for hydrating the skin, wound healing and anti-aging benefits. It also helps provide a very smooth creamy texture to our Ozone Face Moisturizer. Most beef tallow skin products have a heavy, chunky texture that are not desirable in a face moisturizer. Our product is whipped, light, smooth and refreshing to anyone who is looking for Tallow but hasn’t been impressed with the products they’ve tried.

Our Fragrances: Lavender and Spa Retreat

Ozone Face Moisturizer comes in two natural essential oil fragrances, Lavender and Spa Retreat. The Lavender formulation has a lighter feel for those who are prone to oily or combination skin, its also the choice for a majority of people who live in humid climates.

Spa Retreat is a combination of several essential oils, Apple, Lemongrass, Lilac and Patchouli. Its the most popular fragrance combination that we have. We have had so much positive feedback and requests for this fragrance that we have used it in our Ozone Soap, Ozone Muscle Rub and our soon to be released Ozone deodorant!

Nightly Skincare Routine Using Ozone Face Moisturizer

Wash your face – using Ozone Bar Soap and warm water, clean your skin well. Make sure to wash your neck too. A lot of people forget to include their neck in their nightly cleansing routine. You don’t want your face to be youthful and your neck to be aged. Rinse your skin with warm water, then using cold water rinse it again. The cold water helps to close open pores.

Apply Ozone Face Moisturizer – making sure to avoid eye contact, apply Ozone Face Moisturizer to your entire face. Make sure to massage it into areas prone to wrinkles such as smile lines, forehead, crows feet and don’t forget your neck!

Weekly Exfoliation – Once a week perform step 1 and then add in a exfoliating charcoal mask. Once its dry wash it off and proceed with step 2. Its super important to have an exfoliation mask once a week to help draw toxins out of your pores and remove dead skin. Once a mask has been used the fresh healthy skin needs to be kept moist by using Ozone Face Moisturizer to rehydrate and protect the cells.

Ozone Colon Insufflation Therapy

What is Rectal Insufflation?

One of the safest ways for people to do their own ozone treatments at home is to do rectal insufflation. Insufflation means to blow air into a body cavity, in this case ozone gas. You’ll notice that I didn’t title this post Rectal Insufflation Therapy but thats the correct medical term for the treatment. A lot of people are not okay with the idea of putting things into their rectum and I get it. When I learned about this type of treatment I was sure that patients would be hesitant when we started using them at our clinic, although I was surprised at how often it was necessary. All in all it was very well received with quite a bit of success. Its cheap, easy, no needles, its address local concerns in a way that IV’s don’t and the appointments were under 15 minutes.

Why Rectal Ozone is Beneficial

Let’s go over the benefits before I lose you on this post. Ozone gas is highly absorbable through the intestinal wall which means it penetrates into the surrounding tissues. If you think about it, there are a lot of areas that would benefit from more oxygen in the pelvic region. Obviously both men and women have similar anatomy in that area such as the badder, appendix, intestines, lymph, bones and blood vessels but the reproductive systems are different.

Benefits for Men

For men the prostate is often an area of concern especially after 40 years old. Its better to start addressing the prostate before it becomes a problem but the majority of men don’t do anything until its interfering with their daily life. Ozone penetrates the rectum and absorbs into the prostate extremely well. This can help to regulate inflammatory responses that contribute to an enlarged prostate. The bladder is usually effected when the prostate is enlarged and it too becomes inflamed and infections can become an issue. Erectile dysfunction can be a problem whether the prostate is in larged or not. Ozone creates an increased level of nitric oxide which is a powerful vasodilator to help increase blood flow into the penis. More often than not there is a buildup of *Candida (fungus) in the male and female reproductive system that ozone can help with. Testicular infections aren’t super common but they do happen and rectal insufflation is very helpful.

Benefits for Women

Women have the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus which are accessible through vaginal insufflation (I’ll cover this in another post) not just rectal so you have another option if those tissues are specifically needing to be addressed. However, you shouldn’t overlook the value of rectal insufflation, so keep reading.

Systemic Absorption and Liver Support

The most powerful ways to get ozone into the bloodstream for a systemic effect that doesn’t require needles or a specially trained practitioner is to do rectal insufflation or ozone saunas. That’s because there is a vast network of blood vessels that line the intestines and ozone is highly absorbable. The portal vein, a major blood supplier to the liver, connects directly to the intestines. When ozone absorbs from the rectum, it goes right to the liver, one of the most important detoxification organs in the body.

How the Procedure Works

Rectal insufflation is very simple and easy to do, a small (very small) urethral catheter is inserted into the rectum and between 250ml-1000ml of hydrated ozone gas is insufflated. Once the gas is in the colon, the catheter is removed and the gas retained. This is very important, in order for this treatment to be effective, the gas must be retained for no less that 20 minutes, 30 or more is ideal. The retention allows for nearly 100% of the ozone to be absorbed. You may pass gas after the required holding period but the ozone will be gone.

Important Preparation Tips

There are some important things you need to know, the first is that any residual fecal material present in the bowel will absorb ozone so you should at the minimum have a complete bowel movement prior to treatment. An enema or colonic is even better but beware of residual water remaining in the intestine that could come out of the catheter once its inserted. I know its gross but this is just a helpful tip that comes from 20 years of experience.

Tips for Success and Safety

Retaining the gas for 30 minutes isn’t always easy, and its best to infuse the ozone slowly and at low volume at least in the beginning. You should build your tolerance to holding larger volumes of gas before increasing potency. The potency shouldn’t be high, it should be low to mid range. You don’t want to use a high potency oxidant gas that could cause harm to the mucus membranes in the colon even if they are hardier than just about any other in the body. Some practitioners use between 10-35mcg/ml which I believe to be fairly safe and effective. Just remember that your medical condition will dictate what ozone dose you should have as well as the frequency of treatments. If you have colitis you’re dose will be different from someone with colorectal cancer. Frequency of treatment should be no more than every other day at most. Treatments twice a week is most common for long term maintenance.

Candida and Ozone

*Candida spores are vulnerable to ozone gas but its very important to note that in order for ozone to kill candida directly the spores need to be exposed to the gas itself for greater than 20 minutes to be killed. Once ozone absorbs into the tissues it is not longer in a gaseous form its dissolved into the plasmatic water or interstitial fluids. In its dissolved form it no longer possesses the ability to kill candida directly. It does stimulate the immune system to fight it more efficiently and ozone does strip biofilm which candida produces to “hide” from the immune cells. Ozone IS effective in killing candida in the large intestine when retained for the full 20-30min required, its is NOT effective in killing candida in the small intestine since the gas does not reach that high in the intestinal tract.

Ozone and the Lymphatic System

Swollen Lymph Nodes and How They Work

At one time or another you’ve had swollen lymph nodes in your neck when you’ve been sick. They’re little glands that normally you don’t even know are there but when they swell they become tender. The lymph system is incredibly important to your immune system and its also your body’s water recycling system. The lymphatic system runs from head to toe like a plumbing system, all interconnected together with small “nodes” (glands) every so often in the pipeline. Some glands are deep in the abdomen and others are right below the surface of the skin. When the glands become blocked, the fluid backs up and they swell.

Causes of Blocked Lymph Nodes

Most times the blockages are when you’re fighting an infection but it can also happen with a heavy toxin load or in serious cases, cancer can develop in them. It all really boils down to toxins, the heavier the toxic load, the more blocked they become. The lymph fluid itself can become viscous (thick) and slow down the entire system. You may have heard of lymph massage, or perhaps a technique called Dry Brushing. I never got into the whole dry brushing thing but patients who have, report that they believe it is helpful. I always preferred deep tissue massage to lymph massage because most lymph massage is done very gently on the superficial glands under the skin.

Ozone Sauna and Other Treatment Tools

The best tool we had to help with lymphatic blockages in our practice was the Ozone Sauna, Ozone Skin Salve and we used homeopathics formulated to drain the lymph system. The Ozone Sauna is awesome because it heated the body temperature to increase circulation, it also thinned the lymph fluid. The ozone penetrates into the lymph glands and helps to liquify the wastes. Biofilms can block the lymph system up really bad and ozone is good for breaking them down. We’d have the person apply Ozone Skin Salve over the blocked glands several times a day after the Ozone Sauna. They would feel relief in 24-48hrs in most cases. Cancer patients wouldn’t have as much relief as fast because the cancer cells would still remain keeping the node enlarged. Cancer cases are always special and require a much more drastic approach. The node size would decrease providing some relief but wouldn’t go back to normal until the cancer was gone.

Specialized IV Treatment for Stubborn Nodes

In situations where we had a non-cancerous enlarged node(s) that were stubborn towards treatment, we would perform a specialized intravenous treatment similar to Major AutoHemo Therapy with ozone. Its not exactly Minor AutoHemo Therapy either but very close. What we would do is draw up a vial of a homeopathic called Lymphomyosot (HEEL product) then draw up approximately 20ml of Ozonized Saline into a large syringe. We’d then draw 15ml of the persons blood into the syringe, mix it back and forth then inject the mixture right back into the same vein. Its as quite effective. The ozonized saline would act as a supercharger for the homeopathic injection.

A Real-Life Example of Treatment Success

One woman had an enlarged node in her arm that was the size of a golf ball. Her physician checked it out, determined that it was not cancerous but couldn’t figure out what was happening. All her labs came back clean and so she came to us to see what we could offer. We did the ozone homeopathic injection, Ozone Skin Salve and in a few days it had resolved. When she told her physician what she did he thought she was crazy, but it worked.

Product Expansion and Ozone Deodorant Preview

We have a special Ozone Lymph Salve but its not on the open market as of yet. There’s only so many products we can produce at one time. We will be expanding our line so make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get regular updates!

Ozone Deodorant and Lymph Health

One product that I’m very proud to be releasing soon is our Ozone Deodorant! I’ve been testing this out for the last 8 months on various people. These people range from sedentary lifestyle, normal activity level, active lifestyle and professional athletes. Male and female all age ranges.

They have all reported a decrease in body odor and enjoy the product. What most people may not know about deodorant is that its absorbed into the lymph glands in the armpits and then it goes into the breasts. This is important especially for women because they wear bras which decrease circulation and lymph flow in the breast tissue. Sports bras are especially restrictive to hold everything in place during rigorous activity. Using Ozone Deodorant is a huge step in the right direction for both controlling body odor and improving lymph health. We don’t use any aluminum, chemical fragrances/colors, sulfates or parabens. The formula is quite simple incorporating only 7 all natural ingredients.

Personal Experience with Natural Deodorants

I’ve used natural deodorants for over 20 years, all types, all brands, you name it, I’ve used it. I’m very active and I don’t like to smell like a walking onion after I sweat a half gallon of water out during hot yoga (vinyasa) or spin class. Most of the natural deodorants I’ve tried worked pretty well but I would on occasion get a blocked sweat gland in my armpit. Man those things suck! Mine would get pretty swollen to about the size of a nickel. Since I started using Ozone Deodorant October 2024 I actually feel a difference in the lymph glands under my arms and in my chest. Sometimes the nodes would feel like small little BB’s under my skin and now I can’t feel them at all. I of course know what to feel for but most people wouldn’t even notice anything at all. I tell you this because I feel reassured that my lymph system is functioning better by doing something as simple as putting on deodorant. I have to use it everyday anyway, might as well be ozonized. For my wife, I feel better knowing that she’s using Ozone Deodorant because her mother died of breast cancer.
